System Error: WebView2 Loader

The Hawk Eye interface requires the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime. If the application fails to initialize, follow these diagnostic steps.

Load Failure
System Error: WebView2Loader.dll is missing from your computer.
01 / Verify Runtime

Ensure the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is installed on the host operating system. This component is standard in current Windows builds.

02 / Check File Integrity

Confirm the presence of WebView2Loader.dll in the application root directory (adjacent to HawkEye.exe).

03 / Architecture Match

Verify that the DLL architecture matches the application build (x64). Incompatible binary architectures will result in a silent failure during initialization.
